Why Do You Experience Ignition Issues?

Honda’s ignition is a very secured ignition cylinder using a laser cut key, Honda Ignition Doesn’t Turn?
Very likely, Since the design is so secured the distance between each pin is very minimal.
Overtime the pins will get bent from high friction, There is 12 pins even if one of them is bent the key wouldn’t turn.
In this ignition the issue is not only the bending pins, But, When the pins are bending they bend the structure.

The Process Of Repairing The Ignition Cylinder

Firstly, We’ll have to remove the decorative plastics around the ignition.
Three Philips screws on the bottom of the steering wheel, Four clips around the signal’s handle and wiper’s handle.
Before we remove the ignition we must remove delicately the Immobolizer.
After removing the ignition cylinder from the column we have to take out each and every pin.
When removing the pins you must examine which ones are bent. Those ones will just be extremely difficult to remove,
However, Pressing the pin from the bottom may be of help.
Clean up the unit and put back all unbent pins. Make sure you remember where each and every pin came from.

Why repairing and not replacing?
If we repair we can have the same original key and we will most likely have a lot less issues.
Plus, Most places will sell the ignition with the whole column resulting in huge prices.
